Is your silk really Grade 6A? Yes. Every LVIE product is made from Grade 6A Mulberry Silk, the highest classification available. We never use blended or low-grade silk. If it has our name on it, it meets our standard. No exceptions.
What is momme weight? Momme measures silk fabric weight and density. Our pillowcases and eye masks use 22 momme silk, within the premium range, for a weight that is durable, lustrous, and noticeably softer than lower-grade alternatives. The higher the momme, the richer the feel and the longer it lasts.
Will silk really improve my skin? Yes. Silk's smooth surface reduces friction, a significant cause of sleep lines, puffiness, and hair breakage. It also retains moisture rather than absorbing it, meaning your skincare products stay on your face where they belong. Many dermatologists recommend silk pillowcases for sensitive skin, acne-prone skin, and post-treatment recovery.
Will a silk eye mask actually help me sleep? Yes. Our silk eye masks block light completely while keeping the delicate skin around your eyes free from pressure and friction. Unlike synthetic or cotton masks, silk regulates temperature against the skin, staying cool in summer and warm in winter, for a deeper, more uninterrupted sleep.
What size are your pillowcases? Our pillowcases are available in Standard and Queen sizes. Each features a hidden zipper closure to keep your pillow securely in place throughout the night. See the individual product pages for full dimensions.
Is silk safe for sensitive skin? Absolutely. Silk is naturally hypoallergenic, antibacterial, and free from synthetic fibres, making it one of the safest fabrics for sensitive, eczema-prone, or post-treatment skin. Both our pillowcases and eye masks are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, meaning they are tested and verified free from harmful substances.
How do I wash my LVIE silk? Hand wash in cool water with a gentle silk detergent. Or machine wash on a delicate cycle in a mesh laundry bag at 30°C. Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight. Never tumble dry, wring, or iron directly. With proper care, your LVIE silk will last for years.
Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes. All LVIE orders arrive in our signature midnight gift box with gold ribbon and a silk care card, at no extra charge. Add a personalised message at checkout.
